Being in the industry since 1958, Carli Engineering offers a one stop solution to your manufacturing requirements.   If it’s a truck body you require, we ensure that the build is to a high standard and compliant with requirements set within the Vehicle Standards Bulletins.  If there are requirements for air or electric braking, ABS, full hydraulic systems, tarps, VASS certificate (Vehicle Assessment Signatory Scheme) or even voltage reducing for your trailers, the work is entirely carried out on the one premises.

We can even supply one of our certified tow bars which range from a simple 50mm 3.5 ton bar right up to a 40 ton unit.   Our towbars are designed to incorporate any system you may currently be using.  Whether it be a Bartlett Ball, pintle or a V-Orlandi ringfeeder, we ensure it is mounted correctly, wired and set up with the applicable certification.

If it’s a vehicle mounted crane you require, Carli Engineering have been working with major brands over the years.  Installing, servicing models by Fassi, Ferrari and Effer to name a few, we ensure the crane is mounted correctly even if your chassis requires modification, it is carried out within house.  We are also qualified to carry out services on all makes of vehicle mounted cranes, replacing anything that is required such as hoses, filters and hydraulic oil.

In addition to truck body building we have become the goto place for chassis lengthening, shortening or repairs.  Depending on the model, we have qualified welding staff who are skilled in making those unwanted cracks in your chassis disappear.  We will even supply the necessary paperwork if a repair is part of a roadworthy.  Our chassis alterations are all engineered, properly reinforced and receive a VASS certification ensuring you go down the road in one piece.

Along with our truck body manufacturing, we still manufacture meatrails for the Butcher Shop or Supermarket industry.  We have mastered our technique to build and install your meatrail system causing little interference with your business’s day to day operation.  Completely manufactured off site, the structure is designed to be installed quickly with little onsite welding.  This ensures we are in and out in the shortest possible time.  Our system is fully galvanized providing years of quality finish to the product.
