Please Note: As of September 1st 2017 changes have been made to towing capacities of an AS4177.2 compliant 50mm ball coupling. If used on a vehicle with a GVM of more than 5000kg, the ATM (aggregate trailer mass) rating of the trailer that can be towed decreases. Full details including an advisory chart can be found in the Vehicle Standards Guide-16.
We have designed and have had engineered a range of towbars to suit your vehicles towing needs. Ranging from the standard 50mm ball rated up to 3.5 tonnes, we extend through to a 40 tonne unit. We also provide units which have combination systems on the one bar.
Our towbars house units such as 50mm ball, 70mm ball, 95mm Bartlett Ball, 127mm Bartlett Balls, pintle hooks, Pintle/ball combination and ring, ringfeder systems. All our bars have been engineered and come with a rated compliance plate.
In addition to the fitting of towbars, we can also fit electric/air braking lines and fittings, ABS, safety chains and wiring so your towbar leaves ready to connect to your trailer immediately. If your truck is 24v but your trailer is 12v then no problem we can fit a voltage reducer to convert the power transfer to your trailer at the appropriate voltage.
We can also provide and fit a coupling of your choice to your trailer. If you wish to convert from one system to another, then we can change both your tow hitch and coupling without an issue.
